Weekday Rental Rates:

  • Overnight Fees: $1,105 per night

  • Malibu City Tax: 12%

  • Cleaning Fee: $600

  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $2,000 (refunded within 5 business days after you check-out, pending no damage to the property)

Weekend Rental Rates:

  • Overnight Fees: $1,299 per night

  • Malibu City Tax: 12%

  • Cleaning Fee: $600

  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $2,000 (refunded within 4 business days after you check-out, pending no damage to the property)

The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests.

Check-In: 4pm

Check-Out: 11am

Fee Structure: A 50% deposit is due at booking & the remainder is due 45 days prior to check-in.
