Malibu Solstice Event Information & Rental Rates 2018/19

Thank you for your interest in Malibu Solstice! It’s our pleasure to assist you with any needs you may have regarding your event.

Below, you will find information regarding our rental rates and event fees along with other relevant information regarding your event.

-Firstly, there are no event packages or on-site vendors, meaning pricing does not include catering, rentals, etc. and everything must be brought in. We are happy to provide our preferred vendor list where as they are very familiar with our venue and provide our clients with excellent service. This allows for our clients to create a customized event experience. It is an outdoor space with the possibility of tenting.

2017/19 RENTAL RATES:.

OFF Season (November - March): Friday, Saturday and Sunday

  • 1-50 Guests $3,500.00

  • 51-100 $5,000.00

  • 101-150 $7,000.00

  • 151-200 $9,000.00

  • 201-250 $11,000.00

Off Season (November - March): Monday – Thursday (Excluding Holidays)

  • 1-50 Guests $2,000.00

  • 51-100 $3,500.00

  • 101-150 $8,500.00

  • 151-200 $7,000.00

  • 201-250 $9,000.00

-Restroom trailer & professional valet/parking attendant will be required for guest counts above 30. Additional parking is available next door for $200.

- Overnight stay with events are at a discounted rate of $999 with check out at 12pm (10 guest maximum )

-Additional mandatory fees

• $425 cleaning fee,

• $300 site rep fee per event

• $2000 security deposit

-Fee Structure: A 50% non-refundable deposit after 30 days is due at booking (contracts will be signed no earlier than 12 months prior to the event) & the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Price will vary based on guest count, needs, and additional set up/breakdown time.

-Overnight Stays: Overnight rates mentioned above for event clients. Check in is as early as contracted for event and check out is 12PM the following day.

-Included in Rental fee: Same Day load in access from 8:00AM-12:00PM (full load in/guest& vendor departure)

-Access from 8a-11a the following day for rental pick up is ok. (Depending on

-Bridal Suite: Bridal party has all day access to upper level double master bedroom/bath Groom's room:

-Lower level guest room (to act as Groomsmen prep area) Basketball area - for kitchen/prep/cooking (proper floor protection required)

-Access to an onsite parking lot (35 vehicle max)

-Two vendor walkthroughs

-Preparation/Planning: We do require a licensed and fully insured Event Planner to assist with all logistics, planning, and day of orchestration.
