Malibu City Tax: 12%
Cleaning Fee: $600
Refundable Damage Deposit: $2,000 (refunded within 4 business days after you check-out, pending no damage to the property)

Fee Structure: A 50% deposit is due at booking & the remainder is due 45 days prior to check-in.
